A certified POSH Consultant and External IC Member, Madhavi also leads initiatives in L&D- Soft skills training , and OD strategies. She holds credentials from XLRI Jamshedpur, ISTD, and an MBA from IESMCRC, Mumbai, India

Throughout his career, RR has been instrumental in the successful turnaround of Gokak Textiles Limited in Karnataka (Shapoorji Pallonji Group – as MD and CEO) and Mafatlal’s plants in Gujarat (as VP Operations). His deep expertise in transformative leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and financial analysis makes him an invaluable asset. Chetan Kulkarni

Chetan is a seasoned HR professional with 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and service industries. Known for delivering practical HR solutions, Chetan ensures alignment with current HR practices, labor laws, and business goals.
Holding an MSW in PM & IR from BVDU Pune, a DHRM from Welingkar Institute Mumbai, and a B.Com from Dr. BAMU – CSN, Chetan has worked with leading MNCs like Armstrong Group (Greenfield Project) and Rainfro India. Their expertise spans HR operations, payroll, labor law compliance, audits, and HR policies/HR handbooks.
